4th time here and best experience. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Had some issues with TV and big shout out to Daniel for the extra effort. Fixed the issue quick and continued checking up and helping with whatever he could. We had a great time will always be back. Definitely the best Wisconsin Dells Hidden Secret location. 🤫PSA don’t skip on the walks around the land and bonfires and don’t forget your smores. See you soon Meadowbrook
don’t waste your money buying things in advance. they’re the same price or even cheaper in the store. i bought 2 tshirts for $14.95 in advance, it also shows colorful, and that you choose your color and size when you get here. well they’re only $10.95 here and you only get white and the logo is not very cute at all. and your smores bucket comes with a wooden stick and if i would have known that i would have just brought our own marshmallow sticks. prices are good off season but wont be staying here again.
The resort was great, beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Location was minutes from most everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience. My partner and I both have asthma, and we experienced trouble breathing in a room in the Ponderosa lodge. There was a musty sweaty smell coming from the bathroom, and when we turned the heat on, there was a smell of burning hair. We decided to tough it out, but my partner ended up leaving halfway through because he kept needing his inhaler. I talked to management about it in the morning.
