My husband had an appointment booked with one their Neurologist for almost 3 months. They cancel his appointment the day of visit with the Dr can't see him, no other explanation. Then have the audacity to say office manger could see he was seeing a different Neurologist. Mind you the previous Neurologist was moving to Maine and we were looking for a new Neurologist. Left us stranded.

My wife had her first infusion this morning at this location. Upon arrival, we are immediately taken back for her infusion. My wife explained that she was a very difficult “stick”.Nurse Kelly put her mind at ease. She was able to use a much smaller needle and got it in the first time,! At our prior infusion center it would take 2 to 3 times to achieve this. I was impressed! Kelly had a terrific personality, funny, professional, and extremely kind hearted. I called to make an appointment and waited almost 1 hour plus each time I called. The phone system is embarrasing. It tells you where you are in the que instead of a recording or callback prompt. Don’t sit on hold waiting to schedule here. There are plenty of locations that will accommodate you with the ridiculous wait times!.

I went with my boyfriend to his initial appt, and we liked Dr. Khoury. He told us to call “right away” if we had any issues. My boyfriend has had multiple seizures since that appointment, and every time he calls he can never get through. They have no messaging service and if by some miracle someone does answer the phone, no one ever calls him back.
