Worst place to stay not because the area is bad or anything but because the management/owners are the worst to deal with. They lie to you initially to get you in, take your money for down payment and then treat you bad with disrespect like they own you. The owners don’t stay in TN as they live in FL themselves, they have a maintenance guy who oversees the property and works from 7-3, but they don’t want you to talk to him, they don’t want you to call them, they will block your number, they don’t have an office person, and th... read more
