The trailers are cheap to buy especially in this market. If you can't afford a house in this economy or rent in the area, this isn't the worst choice. Near park, police, fire station.Only about a 5 minute drive. The area is quiet and safe. Lots of kids so not the worst choice for families. Only a few miles from the highway. I live here the roads and rent suck I own my trailer and pay more then it's worth. They try I'll give them that but there is always room for improvement. I love that it's in the woods tho my home is my favorite place to be
It was terrible, worst trailer park I was ever in. Trash everywhere, places looked like they should be condemned
