I also had an awful experience at this medical centre earlier in the year. The female doctor was rude and dismissive. I had a friend with me who was shocked at her attitude. Reception staff were rude and obnoxious We went to the cafe next door to decompress. The staff there are lovely. They told us that the staff from this medical centre are rude and obnoxious to them as well Stay away from this uncaring awful excuse of a medical centre who seem not to have contempt for people
They will just hook you in and let you sit to rot. Do not go to this place
100% agree with the bad experience of other patients at this clinic. No empathy for the patient. 7 months of chasing of letters and referral between different clinics of Dr. Arun Dahiya to arrange tests. Receptionist is so unhelpful.
Went in with a head injury took nearly colapsing from the injury to be seen only to be told i was fine then only to end up in the er hours later for the same injury
Nurse Curtis and his team were amazing.
