Nurse Curtis and his team were amazing.
Walked in this afternoon for my sick baby, both receptionists were so rude and no help at all. Don’t work in a field to help people if you don’t want to help or be nice
The only saving grace for this practice is Dr Tooba who is a phenomenal doctor - I have followed her from a different practice as I always feel she is genuinely wanting to help you . I would recommend Dr Tooba to any female especially mums looking for a female GP ! I attended the practice with my two small children and after the appointment had to change one of their nappy (the toilet with the change room is right by the doctors room so I hadn’t yet walked back out past the reception area) . Trust me all the reviews mentioned about the receptionist are very true ,and I have to be honest. The New Zealand receptionist is extremely loud and rude with everyone.If a patient already has a headache or isn’t feeling well, her loud voice only makes it worse. Have been going to this practice for a few years, Dr Tooba is a lovely doctor, very helpful and goes above and beyond, and is great at explaining things 😃 have also seen Dr Terry who is also a great doctor there.
