Doctors always call in sick and receptionists are plain rude. It was good last year but now. There service has just declined dramatically low.
I’ve been going to this doctors office ever since I was a baby, even before it moved. The problem are the doctors, one of the doctors didn’t even know how to read my mums X-ray and admitted that to my mother before sending her out after being no help at all and she got charged $50 for basically nothing. The female doctor has had no respect towards me each time I’ve had an appointment with her even tried to push me to getting me on the bar a few times even after I’ve told her I was no interested in getting the bar. Dr Tooba is extremely kind and sweet. I feel like I can talk to her about any of my health issues and she will be understanding and take me seriously. She's patient and got a motherly personality that makes me feel safe and helps when I feel scared and unsure because I don't know what's wrong and don't feel well. She's a fantastic GP. The receptionists here are nice too.
Came here only to have a receptionist interrogate me make me tell everyone why im there and why dont I make an appointment with my GP.... and then said they dont have any doctors on so go to another clinic oh dont go to Eight mile plains or browns plains they are full already just bookin with your GP 🙄I do have an appointment with my GP but its 2 weeks away in the end ended up with a kidney infection because my UTI wasn't treated promptly
I came to the wrong health centre by mistake and the receptionist was incredibly rude to me (I was with my tiny baby)
