If you see anyone here go to doctor summers. He’s great. My only issue is with reception. Half the time when I try to call and book they don’t answer. Called 7+ times today (21/3/24) at different times & not a single answer. This has happened multiple times as well on multiple occasions. Also happened 4/3/24. Update. Called yesterday morning (24/3/24), was told I’d receive a call back but never did. So frustrating.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the reception team at Meadowbrook Medical Centre I arrived before my scheduled appointment time and checked in at the front desk. However, after waiting for 45 minutes without any updates, I approached the reception team to ask about my appointment status. I was extremely disappointed with the receptionist's attitude today. Rather than offering a welcoming and helpful demeanor, she seemed to have an air of superiority while sitting behind the counter. I understand the challenges that come with working in a busy environment, but there is no excuse for poor customer service—especially in the public health sector. Have been going here for over 15 years and am not happy with Dr David, he is extremely rude, condescending arrogant and does not display and characteristics befitting a doctor. He does not have ANY bed side manner, compassion and has little interest in what you have to say. While I won't hold this against the clinic I surely will not being seeing Dr David fang again and would NOT ever recommend him to anyone.
Great medical centre reception staff are great especially Ester always has a smile on her face
