where do I start, they left loose screws on parts of the car that fell off right after leaving the shop, parts of my car that was cut up with no explanation so had to get parts replaced and parts on my car like the underpanel held on by zip ties which then come off and got reattached with zip ties again and no explanation why any of this was how it was, and when I thought it was over not even a year into the work being done and parts are already coming loose and not working.
