Stay away from this “builder” It won’t honor their warranty. Poor management! We left with the floors for one year, expecting that they would replace them without any issues - but they came, took apart the flooring and left. Ignoring us. Unacceptable. Please contact me if you have the same issue for a collective legal claim.
If I could giving Meadowbrook ZERO stars I would! They were "easier" to work with during the process of getting our home built. Once we actually closed on our house they were a NIGHTMARE! Refusing to come back and finish projects, saying they finished things when they did not (we had pictures proving that) we had issues with our flooring not being even and floor boards coming apart and we were told by their employees "well you're just going to have to deal with that". Riquísimas pizzas
My husband and I chose to build our dream home with Meadowbrook Builders and could not be more thrilled. The whole team went above and beyond from the sales and selections part all the way through closing. We haven't had any real warranty issues so far so I can't comment about that part...but after hearing nightmare stories from friends about other builders I am so glad we have not had to worry about any warranty issues. 5 stars all the way around for this company.
