Some of the staff leorna, Jessica the physical therapist were great. Other like Jackie with blond hair, Louisa and others not so much. Have a doctor that orders medicine for the patients but never even is in the building. They say they have an onsite pharmacy that is onsite but that is a lie comes from an offsite places. A lot of times patients go unattended and not well taken care of. Bathrooms in room are broken and smell very bad. Air conditioner is not very good and rooms are hot. The staff was very friendly and attentive when my dad was checked in. Listened to his history and his needs. The physical therapist Jessica was very friendly and started to work right away with my dad. They cleaned the floors and went above and beyond to get him some food for dinner event though the kitchen was closed. Nice facility not to be confused with the one right next door. Noah the rn was kind and listened to my mom and my concerns. Ty meadowbrook.
