My father was admitted to Meadowbrook Nursing Home (now Tucker Park Crossings) in early February 2026 following discharge from the VA. He is legally blind, cognitively impaired, mobility-limited, and medically fragile. During his short stay, he experienced a fall that was not reported to me at the time. Aside from the care of a few compassionate CNAs (and I do mean few), this facility is wholly unsuitable to care for your loved one. The food was consistently cold. If a resident could not get to the restroom on their own, they were left to sit in their waste for extended periods which I have witnessed this myself. When we approached nurses, the doctor, or others with concerns or requests, we were often met with attitudes as if we were an inconvenience.
