The Meats are amazing ! We bought a whole chicken who the butcher perfectly cut apart for us . I cooked it on a sheet pan in the oven with olive oil , salt , and pepper . It didn't taste like the chicken I've purchased in the chain grocery stores ! It was moist , a different color , and the skin was light and crispy ! Now I'm spoiled ! I will not buy my chicken anywhere else !
