Cindy needs to be fired. Point blank period. She is rude, snarky, unprofessional, aggressive, and a big reason this place has such a negative reputation. DO NOT RENT HERE. I don’t understand why management is so rude. Miss Cindy is disrespectful. I don’t understand what her problem is with Spanish speaking people. If she doesn’t like her job maybe she should move somewhere else. I see how everyone else shares their experience with this lady and NO ONE is bringing it to her attention. They didn’t let my family into the pool because they didn’t live here and the lady that’s working in the afternoon is rude. My auntie and her kids wanted to swim but just because there not on the lease they couldn’t swim at all even when a resident on the list came with them they weren’t allowed it at all I do but recommend coming here to swim with friends at all because your wasting time obviously their most definitely not gonna let you get in at all but I bet if it was the workers family they would be allowed in
