Do not rent from this place or buy a mobile home from this place. Management is awfully they just raised the rent 130.00 you have to pay your own water,garbage,and sewer as they say you can pay your rent by the 5 th wrong they add a 50 dollar late fee attorney general is now having them answer to that. Not good living here. Just giving a heads up and saving you on some miserable grief. There moto here is no upkeep ar more money.
