Changes management constantly, don't have systems that work.
I loved in the park 15 years ago. I still have clothes friends whom have lived in the park since I was living there. Over the years I have watched the park go down hill until recently. The new management Andy seems to be doing an incredible job. Not only has he had to pick up the slack from what previous.management has left uncompleted he has taken on new tasks and seems that things are really looking up.
