I asked a simple question regarding accommodating ADA certified therapy animal and was told that they would "have to see" and that the "certification letter had to come from a local therapist". I then asked why the letter had to come from a local therapist and was told "arguing with her wouldn't get me anywhere because it's the owners rule".
