Let me start by saying that my experience with Dr.K was great! This review is about the front desk team. I went there for the first time for an emergency root canal. And my initial experience was good. I needed to go back two weeks after to install the crown. The procedure cost 3k which I paid in cash as I don’t have dental insurance. I love your staff and the office atmosphere , I feel that I have gotten service and I feel good about my teeth. Although yesterday after my appointment, I was surprised what it cost me for a cleaning. I know that there would be a fee, although. This was never discussed with me prior to my visit and I just thought that would’ve been better for me when I walked in if I knew what my payment would be this is the only issue that I’ve ever had with your office. Thank you.
