Sherri Galbraith was amazing. She used ACT-based techniques to help with reframing, acceptance, processing, and noticing feelings/behaviors instead of living on autopilot. Billing/front desk is also very responsive.
I've had good experiences with everyone I've dealt with here. I recently did TMS and the results for me have been very noticeable and have had a positive impact on my day to day life.
Lack of communication skills, I'd say worse than dealing with an overseas call center in India.
