Lack of communication skills, I'd say worse than dealing with an overseas call center in India.
My husband and I have been meeting with Brittney for the last several months and we couldn’t recommend her enough! She’s very good at what she does! She’s understanding, patient, kind, supportive, and you can tell she’s passionate about helping others. She’s amazing!!
My therapist is SO kind, and I really feel like she listens, responds, and keeps my struggles in mind with her advice. This office as a whole is really peaceful (the couch is comfy haha). The only thing I can say is that the length of the appointment fluctuates, but it's usually 45 mins even though I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be like 55 mins. But the actual appointments are always great!

Caitlin has helped me so much. She's listens and has taught me coping skills vital to my anxiety and depression condition. She's knowledge and smart and easy to talk to. I have had many therapists who haven't helped me but Caitlin is different. She cares. Without her I'd be still wandering in the dark. She deserves to be recognized and looked upon as a valuable asset.
