Awesome staff and a great experience. Highly recommended!
I have been coming here for a few weeks now and I honestly look forward to it every week I’ve always been a little bit apprehensive about it but my therapist has been amazing at connecting and guiding me through the hard parts of the conversation that I don’t like to openly talk about in most cases I would highly recommend they have a great staff
Katie Owen is a fantastic person. I was her neighbor for several years and served with her seeing her organization, her caring, her fairness, her kindness to children and adults. I highly recommend her as someone you would want to counsel with and be her friend.🥰
Sherri Galbraith was amazing. She used ACT-based techniques to help with reframing, acceptance, processing, and noticing feelings/behaviors instead of living on autopilot. Billing/front desk is also very responsive.
