If you want to build a house and enjoy the process. NEVER, EVER work with this lying, lazy, and SLEEZY builder!! Meadowbrook is like a dirty car salesperson. It all sounds great until you sign your name on the contract. This builder has ZERO project management. They have absolutely NO clue how to manage builds. Horrible experience throughout the process, communication is horrible.
My experience with this company was anything less than professional. They used the pandemic for every delay but when the bank I was dealing with had delays from the pandemic that i and my bank made them aware of , my contract was canceled.Melissa and Erin were rude and nasty during the whole process. I like how Melissa rude self only replies to the 5 star comments, but never address the negative ones. If you use this company you deserve every bit of the unprofessionalism
Do not believe a word that the snake Chris Daniels says to you (if you could actually get ahold of him… or anyone for that matter). He belongs in the car business over at Tyson the way he lies and cheats customers.
