BROOKRIDGE: I really love my Apartment :) the only thing that isn’t fair /don’t like is that some residents have up to 5 vehicles they be fighting for the parking spaces and they don’t even have stickers in their cars Smh :) expired plate , and apparently anyone can park here .
Good place to live!!! I’ve had an amazing experience at Meadowbrook. The leasing team is welcoming and responsive, management communicates clearly, and maintenance is fast and reliable—requests are handled with care and a smile. The community is always clean and well kept, amenities are in great condition, and I feel safe and comfortable here. It’s rare to find a team this cohesive and dedicated; they genuinely care about residents and it shows in the everyday details. Highly recommend!
The office people are nice and try to help, but their hands are tied because they have to wait on approvals form the maintenance big boss. We’ve been waiting a long time for repairs and nothing has been done. It feels like they dont really care about our situation, rent is due. We have been sleeping in living room and insulation is getting in the air we breathe, they put two sticks there but not fixed. The staff here do what they can, theres some balconies that are falling off and they dont care it could land on a kid playin... read more
Bad place to live there's thugs living there there's a man who's claimed to be the boyfriend of the property manager at the office that waves his gun around at the apartment threating people with his gun in front of children and nothing is done bc of the fact his girlfriend is the property manager wouldn't recommend
