This complex was purchased by emerald city associates. Repairs take an average of 9 months. In my experience they mark repairs complete until the third or fourth time you request the repair. The musical office personnel makes it impossible to get things done. I met with one of their VPs regarding missing smoke detectors in September 2025 and they were finally installed March of 2026. They do not maintain safe well lit common area such as the building stairwells. It is pitch black which may or may not be a fire code violation... read more
Do not move to these apartments management is horrible they change management like u change underwear....they lie saying they have security cameras and even have a sign saying that and they dont...which is false advertisement...they have a tow truck that goes around towing vehicles if ur tags on ur car are not good which is ridiculous...people might not have money to get there car right..thats there business...the pool never opens...they apartments are horrible...say they have central air and heat...and half the time it dont... read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! They need to tear the whole apartments down ! EVERY UNIT HAS MOLD AND WATER DAMAGES ! THEY CONSTANTLY HAVE A NEW MANAGER ! THE POOL OR GYM DOES NOT WORK AND HAVENT WORKED IN OVER A YEAR ! They have roaches , Spiders, wasp that live in the units ! They are never in the office and they will evict you if you don’t just put up with it !
