The worst apartment complex in high point , management is rude, lazy, and multiple people have called the city on them! Please don’t move here if you have self respect! This is the 3rd time with new management, they do inspections all the time because they know they aren’t up to code. On top of that they are never in the office!!?! And when they are they don’t open the doors! hope this helps

Quite apartment complex, but in my opinion the rent amount is way too high! Considering the standard, mediocre, mid-low (depending on your opinion of what your idea of high quality includes) quality and space of the apartments here. I'm not saying that this complex isn't decent don't get me wrong. I'm just saying that I could find a place to rent that's equal or better space wise and with an atmosphere that's better for way less, just saying.....
They don’t mow the grass, laundry building is shut down. Cost way too much for apartments. You have to send your rent payment to Tampa Florida even though they have people working at office right where apartments are located. Use to let us pay at the office at location. They have added to the rent that you have to pay the water bill even though you never see a statement for it. You have to pay for pest control.I really wouldn’t give them a number one rating. More like a zero.
