I appreciate the time this clinic takes to get to know both pet and owner. The vet, techs, and reception staff are always friendly and supportive.
The vet there is a jokester and behaves in an unprofessional and unsympathetic manner seeking to upcharge you for everything to imply that your willingness to empty your wallet is somehow a reflection on how much you love your pet. My pet had a UTI and I double checked to call in about using my own urinanalysis results instead of paying $150 to have them do it since my partner is in healthcare.
