Great pool! This is the top location in Baltimore for competitive aquatic training, but is also a pretty great place for your family to belong for the summers. They have a gym, an indoor pool full of lap lanes, and large outdoor pool that goes up to 12 feet with a nice diving board, and tennis courts. It's just a very nice lively atmosphere, in my opinion. A testament to the quality of the swim club for competitive purposes, Michael Phelps trained here throughout high school. If that doesn't convince you, nothing will.
A Baltimore Landmark I moved to Baltimore from California, I had no idea anything like this existed on the East Coast. And conveniently tucked into Mt. Washington. The water quality is excellent, and the renovations since Phelps & Co took over are fantastic! Compared to other local options, a helluva bargain with the fitness center, t courts and the hours it is open.
