I would rate it with zero if I could!
Why do they never open the pool? It’s scorching hot, yet they still won't open it. The website says there’s a pool, but they only open it whenever they feel like it. My kids and I are absolutely roasting, and when we ask when they’re going to open it, all they give us are a bunch of shitty excuses.
The reason I’m giving it 2 stars is that the pool never opens: you’re dying of the heat, yet the pool remains closed; you ask about it and they just give you excuses; they tell you one thing, and the very next day it’s something completely different. For that reason, I’m giving it 2 stars.
Have lived here with my daughter for almost 3yrs now. It's been a great experience! Recently we had an issue with our stove and we got it replaced quickly without question. Ariel the maintenance man is the best! He's always willing to help! Rita in the office is always willing to answer my questions. Best part is my kids even love the office staff and they truly treat the kids like family! 🩷
