The staff is always there when we need them. Especially maintenance even in the late night when our water heater broke they fixed it in less then two hrs. I really enjoy living here.
Excellent attention and constant management check up. Many business are close to the area and the area is very peaceful 10/10
Although the complex is dated, I like living here. I have not had any negative experiences with management.
I moved in the beginning of December and so far my experience here has been great!! Rita and Laura in the office are great and keep you updated with every step of the process from applying to moving in. Ariel with maintenance is prompt with his response to every need or concern I have had thus far. He completes tasks in a timely manner and is sufficient with his work!! Thank you so much to the staff at Holbrook !!!
They were the best in customer service. Very friendly staff. And apartment was clean and fresh. I would recommend them to anyone.
