Have lived here with my daughter for almost 3yrs now. It's been a great experience! Recently we had an issue with our stove and we got it replaced quickly without question. Ariel the maintenance man is the best! He's always willing to help! Rita in the office is always willing to answer my questions. Best part is my kids even love the office staff and they truly treat the kids like family! 🩷

I had a wonderful experience moving into Holbrook! The assistant manager, Rita, made everything very smooth and simple! She was very helpful throughout the whole process and continues to be very helpful! Maintenance could be much better though.
Assistant Manager made the moving in and all around living experience the best I've ever had! The location is also amazing!
