One of Meadow Vista’s local heroes is David Lease at Ace Hardware — cape optional, flannel mandatory! I’m telling you people, the man runs this place like a Briggs & Stratton huffing on starter fluid. Although the selection may not be the biggest you’ve ever seen, the staff is unreasonably helpful. Ask for duct tape, and they’ll not only hand it to you — they’ll tell you three optional ways to fix your marriage with it.
