We've had MV Water for 7 years, and have had multiple interactions with them. I have always been very pleased with their exceptional customer service! We have had several water line leaks (our property), and MV Water has alerted us to increased water usage that indicates an underground leak, turned off our water when there was a fast leak, and always contacted us proactively/ quickly to provide guidance and information. Had another leak today, and they made multiple trips to our property to help us find and assess the leak. ... read more
