I made an appointment to have my cat's teeth cleaned. After the initial visit, Dr B told me my cat Prudence did not need her teeth cleaned. I appreciate the honesty. I have been to veterinarians that were not very honest. I highly recommend.
Meadow View was our vet for 2 years and they were an amazing team. Their care for our pets was top of the line and never had a doubt they were in good hands. They were also willing to go above and beyond and helped us through the process of exporting our cat and dog to Australia. They never complained at any stage and it made the process simple knowing they were always willing to help. Hope we can find a vet that great in Australia.
We recently brought my grandma’s cat to Meadowview Vet Clinic during one of the scariest times we’ve ever faced — she had just been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. This was our first time bringing a pet here, and walking into a new clinic during a crisis was overwhelming and terrifying. Great experience here so far with both our dog and cats. Been to several vets in Rochester and the surrounding area and this is by far the best. Hands down.
The doctors won’t take phone calls so all communication needs to be relayed through the front desk staff. This communication relay has been going on for the last two weeks without any resolution for the concerns I have with my dog. All communication has been initiated by me as well. I haven’t received any follow ups from them. I’m learning from experience to go straight to a specialist clinic and not waste time at general medicine clinics like Meadowview.
