Great experience here so far with both our dog and cats. Been to several vets in Rochester and the surrounding area and this is by far the best. Hands down.
The doctors won’t take phone calls so all communication needs to be relayed through the front desk staff. This communication relay has been going on for the last two weeks without any resolution for the concerns I have with my dog. All communication has been initiated by me as well. I haven’t received any follow ups from them. I’m learning from experience to go straight to a specialist clinic and not waste time at general medicine clinics like Meadowview. Do not let Dr. Kelly near your pet, let alone operate. You may be placing your pet in grave danger, even for routine procedures such as spay/neuter. I lost my best friend to someone who appeared to be very cavalier about the situation. Hopefully you can avoid the misery, anguish and heartbreak I went through and continue to endure.
