If you like to gossip, meddle and have to beg for your money then come on. Worse 16 months of my life
I have been a resident and received therapy at Avalon Place. In my opinion they are the best nursing facility in this area! Friendly, efficient staff who are willing to go that extra mile! I would not be living an independent life today if not for their help!
On my mother's 1st night there she couldn't get anyone to help her to the bathroom and was on the floor of her room for over 30 before help arrived. She didn't stay another night. I pray for anyone forced to stay in that pit.
MOM has lost all her clothes. since Dec. its now April. still happening. - The home smells NICE, and its clean. They serve rice and potatoes alot. They have a few activities.
Pt are neligected and treated like they don't have a mind. Don't answer light when patients need help to bathroom. Leave patients naked on the floor when told of the problem. I would not put my dog in this Nursing Home.
