They used AI and wouldn't allow me to talk to a real agent. If this is how they do business then you no how everything else will work. I've dealt with enough of these places that use AI and there customer service disappears. It was enough that I will get an apartment for there competition that have humans.
I’ve been living here for 2+ years. Every time I have a maintenance issue - the team is on top of it! Justin is easy to work with, nice, personable and knowledgeable of the complex and the residents. This winter has been bad this past week and they have been TOP NOTCH in keeping up with the snow removal and salting of the walks! Val (previously Karla) have been on top of the issues that occur here as well. Any questions I have they are on top of it! Very nice people to work with and have as residential leasing agents!!
Recently moved into building 704 and, had a couple very small issues. I'd been stressed and, overwhelmed. Maintenance staff Justin got to me asap. Very well mannered and, knew exactly how to handle the situation. Got the problems solved and, even made me really see the brighter side of the situation. Super respectable and, I knew after just a few minutes of conversation I could trust that these buildings are really in his best care. Thank you so much Justin!
We moved out in April, the apartment management changed after we moved in and the new property manager was very relaxed she never really solved any of our issues, loud dogs, loud neighbors after quiet hours and marijuana smoke coming in through our vents from other units even though the building was no smoking. I mailed formal complaints that Valerie the property manager never even opened, we were just very disappointed with our experience there especially for the rising prices. Would not be going back.
