This is what pacesetter homes has to offer brand new home with mold growing in the ceiling and no fix it’s been going on for weeks and still nothing just keep scheduling no show HVAC companies and companies that get upset for having to come out and check the product they install I’ve had to take time off work 5 times To have someone look at the A/C system and they all have a different Answer to the problem but never fix anything Craig and Eddie are both managers for pacesetter and all they do is say there gonna call you back... read more

Run from pacesetter homes. Update: Pacesetter responded immediately claiming not to have me in their system and left an email for me to reach out. I did exactly that, yet I never received a single call, email, or follow-up. This confirms my experience with Pacesetter. They do not stand by their word, and their customer service cannot be trusted. Future buyers should take this into serious consideration before doing business with them.
