Worst experience with a builder. The construction quality is very low, and several issues were either ignored or only partially fixed. The team does not respond properly, and getting support after purchase is very difficult. I strongly advise others not to buy homes from this builder.

DON’T BUY FROM PACESETTERS! We moved in March and it’s nothing but issues! They are dragging their feet to fix things so the warranty can expire and they won’t be responsible. The warranty company company Pro Home is a huge joke! The only nice person I’ve worked with is Craig and she seems to have quit! This is what pacesetter homes has to offer brand new home with mold growing in the ceiling and no fix it’s been going on for weeks and still nothing just keep scheduling no show HVAC companies and companies that get upset for having to come out and check the product they install I’ve had to take time off work 5 times To have someone look at the A/C system and they all have a different Answer to the problem but never fix anything Craig and Eddie are both managers for pacesetter and all they do is say there gonna call you back... read more
