After reading all the reviews for Pacesetter Homes in Meadow Run, it is so sad that we all hae had the same problems with this builder. Every time a claim is presented to the warranty company they quote somewhere in the policy of how it is not covered. I had some hairline cracks in the wall which they sent someone to fix and then scheduled someone to paint and I took off work and they did not show up. A hole day wasted. This company is a joke!! BOB the sales guy was phenomenal however, the quality of the home is nothing to write home about!! My home is 2 years old, and has issues from water pooling in the backyard to all my appliances breaking down. Heating system is not working! What a joke! PACESETTER is a joke!!!! I built my home in 2022 and everything is breaking apart! My Toyota Highlander which was purchased brand new, 7 years ago is more reliable than my PACESETTER home which is less than 3 years old! Do not build with PACESETTER! Their homes will crumble right before you! Runnnnnnn
If I could, I will give Pacesetter homes 0 star review! They don't deserve one star. Tell me why in 2 years of building my home, every thing is breaking down. My whirlpool microwave broke down, my oven is having issues, my heater is not working and I have my almost 80 year old father in my home!! This is ridiculous! It makes absolutely no sense!! I WILL NOT Build with PACESETTER or buy any home built by them
