Our hot water tank went and they helped us right away. They are very friendly and did a great job! I love how they explained what happened. Very appreciative, and highly recommend this team!
Our hot water tank was damaged in a flood, which caused a gas leak in the flue pipe. Richard was onsite the same day, quickly identified the issue, and made every effort to repair it. Unfortunately, Rheem could not supply a fairly common replacement part within a reasonable timeframe (over 15 days). We decided to move forward with purchasing a new tank. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the Poly-B plumbing replaced in our home by Meadow Ridge Plumbing and had a great experience. Richard met with us beforehand and took the time to clearly explain the process and answer our questions. What really impressed us was that the entire re-piping project was completed in our two level home in just over one day!
