Our toilet tank was constantly running so we called Maple Ridge Plumbing and Gas. They sent someone out and let us know that our toilet flush valve was leaking. They ordered the part and came back a few days later to replace. Unbeknownst to us, the part was under warranty and we were not charged for the part just labour. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. They were very friendly did an excellent job.
Our hot water tank went and they helped us right away. They are very friendly and did a great job! I love how they explained what happened. Very appreciative, and highly recommend this team!
Our hot water tank was damaged in a flood, which caused a gas leak in the flue pipe. Richard was onsite the same day, quickly identified the issue, and made every effort to repair it. Unfortunately, Rheem could not supply a fairly common replacement part within a reasonable timeframe (over 15 days). We decided to move forward with purchasing a new tank. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the Poly-B plumbing replaced in our home by Meadow Ridge Plumbing and had a great experience. Richard met with us beforehand and took the time to clearly explain the process and answer our questions. What really impressed us was that the entire re-piping project was completed in our two level home in just over one day! The crew worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and the quality of the work looks excellent.
