Don’t rent here!!! And don’t be fooled by the reviews, they don’t let the bad ones show..... hence my last review!! If you have to rent anywhere MARGO KELLER is in charge- here or fair fax- stay far away.... she doesn’t care about anything that goes on in these apartments... not that you have a leak for 3 weeks and forming mold... with a 1 year old son.... nothing will get done for MONTHS, nothing got taken care of for my leak until I said I would contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! Here for over a year. Always have rent paid but they tow my car for expired tag without even notifying me. It sat in impound so long because I had no clue due to working long hours that the bank seized it and I now have a repo on my credit. Jasmine is a terrible person. She can call about a 50 dollar late fee but can't call before she tows your car. Would NEVER recommend anyone live at this garbage establishment where thugs and drug dealers run rampant and the gates only work half the time. Garbage.
The Office staff works with professional seamless ease. Like my neighbors. Clean apartments.
I've lived here 19 years. Love it, love the office personnel and the maintenance guys are the best in the business. Don't plan to leave.
