Always pleasant experience
Hmmm! I made an appointment to get my bi-annual teeth cleaning which did not happen. On top of that, I was expected to return to the dentist for the actual service that I went there for to begin with. I expect to be told about the entire appointment when I schedule my initial appointment as a new patient on the phone, not after I arrive for said appointment. This practice is 34 minutes from where I live. My time is important…
dentist ok, but Office staff is the absolute worst in my 60+ years in visiting dentist. Do not go there please
Had my first periodontal cleaning with Shelly and my teeth have never looked brighter. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a 1300 bill due while waiting on insurance to pay. I was told it could go over to debt collection so I paid it. Well today they received my 1077 check from my insurance and they said it would be 6 to 10 weeks go get my money back. Very poor service and care. I’m in contact with my insurance for assistance.
