Staff was friendly. Dr D was polite knowledgeable and gentle
I went to the office and everyone is nice including the dentist. My main issue is that a few weeks after my appointment , I noticed a ridge between my teeth on the filling. so I cant floss without it getting stuck and its noticeable.. I brush my teeth daily and I am vegetarian so I am not eating anything hard. I don't understand why this is happening. I did call the office and was told I will be contacted, I asked to speak with a manager as well but I was not given the manager. I dont want to pay again to fix something that ... read more
I always have such a great experience here! Dr Gao! Thank you for putting up with my dramatics and giving me back my confidence. The staff here is fantastic and they treat you like family and make sure you fully understand treatment plans and options. Mo, Kayce and Crystal are all amazing dental assistants who take the time to address any concerns and dental anxieties.
