If only you love your loved one take them here at your own risk. Was here to write about one and only lexy,I'm not sure if that's the right spelling for her name but anyway. Zero courtesy,zero work ethics, I wonder how some places just hire anyone and everyone,I'm still surprised such humans can be hired but again I keep reminding myself that its st helens.
Please please please don’t send someone that you love to this place!! My husband is at this ‘facility’ and has been there for 12 days now….he was sent there after a stay in the hospital & was sent there for ‘skilled nursing and Drs.’ He has seen the doctor ONE TIME in 12 days!!! The Doctor told him that he was going to take out his catheter and never came back, so is still in. Also, my husband has a lot of chronic pain from problems in his shoulder (he needs his shoulder rebuilt)….one day this terrible place actually ran out... read more
I'll keep this short, even though I have a lot to say. This is a sorry excuse for a facility! They are understaffed and have poor care standards. Dignity is at the bottom of the priority list for them and that's absolutely shameful.
John in Admissions was easy to coordinate move in for a resident with. Very grateful there team is so communicative and easy to work with. Thanks so much!
