This place is so awful don't ever let any one you love come here or come here yourself. There's people screaming at all hours residence have bed sores from not being changed enough the foods always cold and horrible. There's people coming in my room and I'm stuck in bed screaming for someone to come help me they shove three people in one room with the beds maybe five feet apart my sick roommate is running around coughing on everything and everyone not wearing a mask eating in the small dining room coughing without even cover... read more
If you've ever loved you loved one, do not send them here. This place makes San Quentin Prison look like a 5 star care facility. The people who are stuck in this terrible, horrifying place have got to be the most unfortunate people on Earth. Go check it out for yourself, but be prepared to walk out of there with some serious PTSD issues the rest of your life. The state of Oregon should be ashamed, and prosecuted for such a vile, cruel, evil, filthy, despicable, dishonest hell hole.
If only you love your loved one take them here at your own risk. Was here to write about one and only lexy,I'm not sure if that's the right spelling for her name but anyway. Zero courtesy,zero work ethics, I wonder how some places just hire anyone and everyone,I'm still surprised such humans can be hired but again I keep reminding myself that its st helens.
Please please please don’t send someone that you love to this place!! My husband is at this ‘facility’ and has been there for 12 days now….he was sent there after a stay in the hospital & was sent there for ‘skilled nursing and Drs.’ He has seen the doctor ONE TIME in 12 days!!! The Doctor told him that he was going to take out his catheter and never came back, so is still in. Also, my husband has a lot of chronic pain from problems in his shoulder (he needs his shoulder rebuilt)….one day this terrible place actually ran out... read more
