As a first time home buyer Kareem made the process very fast and easy. We were also able to get 100% of the financing costs covered, I would definitely recommend Starlight if you are looking for your first home.
I'm a first time home buyer and had a really great experience with Starlight. Kareem from Starlight was very friendly and made the process easy for me and my wife. The house seems well made and came with all the appliances. John from the construction side was also super friendly and very receptive to the requests we made prior to closing. The neighborhood feels safe and full of nice people. We're very excited to be joining this community!
Warnings!!! 🩸,One thing I regret buying a house here in Meadow community, 2 minutes away there is a landfill (garbage and trash from Plano, McKinney, Fresco, Allen and more Collin Counties dump their garbage here and Mellisa signed a contract until 2060). The smell is horrible and unbearable and always there and dangerous for our family health. Due to this the house prices will drop and in long run our kids will develop dangerous health issues.
