Don't move out here they trick you into buying a new home and while.you are paying a mortgage they keep raising lot rent. I been here for almost three years started at 340ish a month and now paying over 500 a month on top of my 380 a month mortgage. They want to keep going up on rent. Im gonna have to just move out and take a hit on my credit if they keep going up. It's 2025 and I'm now paying 618 a month.... they add these fees that you have to pay...they also can't keep a manager out here and each one they get is a puppet ... read more

Lot rent sky high and they don’t keep the roads plowed. Don’t live here they don’t even allow a swing set in your yard.
