Great campus
I needed a place quickly for rehab for my mom. I had heard good things about Meadow Lakes, but you are always worried when it comes to your family and I wanted her to be close to me. From day 1 until the day she left (a little over a month) every staff member we came into contact with was amazing. And mom loved the food. They made sure she was well cared for and I was put to ease. My mom made friends with all the staff members she met and was actually a little sad leaving because she's going to miss them. ***UPDATE- I requested again as of 3-8-25. I was emailed that the admin director would get with medical records. I emailed a second follow up still have heard nothing - 3-19-2025** My grandmother stayed here in 2012. She passed away that July. We were told after the fact of her clothing wishes (she had told them about) to be used for her funeral. I contacted several times last year to get her medical records for family history reasons and I was given the run around. I was told the last conversation that a file was found and ... read more
My Mom has been there 3 times for rehab and is currently there now. We love it. We have only had 1 problem. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Lisa Sorrels.
Staff was so friendly !! And the facility was super clean.
