My mom has recently came to Meadow Lakes for Rehab and she is now a resident in Long Term Care at this facility. The staff has been friendly, helpful and professional. I see how busy they stay caring for all of the residents wants & needs. Special Thanks to 2 ladies in 100 Hall. Meleah 1 of the CNAs went above and beyond for mom on 2 occasions . Meleah isn't normally assigned to room 115. It was mid morning, Meleah answered moms call light. With a smile ,she got mom up, got her toileted and dressed for the day, even combed h... read more

I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They communicate exceptionally well with both patients and their families, making everyone feel informed and supported throughout the entire process. The intake process was simple, organized, and easy to navigate, with guidance provided every step of the way. In just one month, my father has made incredible progress—far beyond what we expected. The Assisted Living nurses at Meadow Lakes Mooresville are the BEST! They not only provided my aunt with excellent care, but also genuine compassion, kindness, and dignity. They treated her like family—always patient, attentive, and respectful. They truly cared, not just about her health, but about her comfort and happiness.
