My sister-in-law was in the Memory Care unit for 3.5 years. We were very pleased with the facility cleanliness, structured activities and staff, especially med aide Ashley, activities director Joyce and the REGULAR night and morning assistants who provided skilled and loving care. Some other assistants were not as competent. We had cameras installed which we monitored frequently allowing us to see and report sub-standard care or intrusions by disruptive resident.
