Getting kicked out over coloring on the walls, and they don’t care if you have nowhere to go or if you’re pregnant. They only care about spotless walls and units have to constantly look like no one lives there. -1/10 would not recommend, the tenet relations officer is also obviously racist to indigenous peoples!.
Not me but my sister is a reliable resident who’s never been evicted and her housing references are impeccable. Her landlord Is being completely unreasonable and evicted her due to a slight inconvenience. This landlord is known to be discriminating to her indigenous clients. My sister (an indigenous woman) has tried to schedule a meeting to discuss her options but was rejected and is still getting kicked out. The experience my family had was a day away from tragic, my family were victims of carbon monoxide poisoning and housing is not taking it seriously. They were asked in the summer about why the CO detector was going off, and their housing maintenance told them the batteries needed to be changed and today they were sent to the hospital puking and sick. All their furniture and clothing and belongings are ruined and will not be useable now.
