I was recommended this practice when Dr. Braasch was still practicing for his gentle nature and good bedside manner. LOVED him. Came back about 6 months ago and had no idea he retired and there was a new dentist. Initially, I didn’t mind because I was assured the staff was the same and everything in the system was saved. This new doctor Dr. Hardenbergh just waltzed into the room with no regard to my file and immediately started saying he was going to fill a cavity without asking me for my consent. The staff is great, from the office to the hygienists. The doctor is great too!
