Took our cat in two weeks ago because he was clearly unwell. The Vet wasn’t really concern and told us to bring him back if he got worse. We took him back in on Friday. The Vet said “bring him back Monday & we’ll get him back to his old self.” Unfortunately our cat died before our Monday appointment. We are struggling to understand how a qualified Vet couldn’t detect a cat being less than 48hrs away from death. ⚠️ Be cautious before visiting this vet. I was charged almost double the expected price, and when I questioned it, the response was basically “that’s what we do.” On top of that, the service itself was poor and not up to standard. 💰 Please make sure you ask for a full price breakdown and compare with other clinics before going. I wish I did check that.
Mutilated my cat and botched a friend's dog's desexing, the simplest of operations. Inexperienced, amateur and uncaring - if you love your pet, don't use this vet.
disgusting how they treat the animals, not careful or respectful. They have always been rough with my dog. appalling the way staff go about things. not pleased at all.
We brought our puppy here for an anal gland expression and a few days later saw him limping, he was crying in pain and couldn’t walk on his left leg. We brought him here again to see what happened and they said they couldn’t help. We took him to a specialist vet for an x-ray, turns out the vet had squeezed him so hard that his femur had slightly dislocated from the hip’s ball joint.
