Very unprofessional with patient handling. They cancelled my scheduled appointment while I was at the entrance of the clinic citing I did not respond so the doctor had to take another patient.
Worst dental experience I’ve had. I booked a cleaning appointment expecting a professional and complete service, but they only cleaned one side of my teeth and then told me to book another appointment because another patient was arriving. Why book patients if you don’t have enough time to complete the treatment properly? This felt rushed, unorganized, and extremely unprofessional. My family and I have been going to this Dental Office for years. We moved away and drive over one hour to see Leslie who looks after us. We are so grateful for her knowledge and care for her patients. The entire office staff are very friendly and look after you. Colene
They have inexperienced technician, don’t know how to take care of patient. Im not satisfied from my last visit. Cleaned my teeth such a way there is blister appeared in the tongue, after cleaning and its very painful….
