I would like to give all my stars to the clinic team including the receptionists but absolutely NO stars to the hygienist named Harjeet. This lady was ABSOLUTELY unbelievable & SO unprofessional. At the beginning of my cleaning she poked me with the scaler on my tongue didn’t even apologize, then she proceeded to the put the suction in my mouth & it made me gag. I was about to leave after dealing with the receptionist. She was rude and not willing to listen. However Leslie intervened in a professional manner and solved the whole issue. She was very nice and very respectful in dealing with me. I went from almost leaving to getting my teeth cleaned and X-ray done. Thanks to Leslie I will continue coming back to this clinic.
Leslie and T.T are great! They put my son at ease during his orthodontist appointment.
