Very unprofessional with patient handling. They cancelled my scheduled appointment while I was at the entrance of the clinic citing I did not respond so the doctor had to take another patient.
Worst dental experience I’ve had. I booked a cleaning appointment expecting a professional and complete service, but they only cleaned one side of my teeth and then told me to book another appointment because another patient was arriving. Why book patients if you don’t have enough time to complete the treatment properly? This felt rushed, unorganized, and extremely unprofessional.
