I find that maintaining this place is a problem. They can't take care of the place and expect you to maintain a hospital level of clean. Mold,poor air conditioning ,ie never replacing the air filters, and crappie plumbing. And then upping your rent and lower maintenance? How am I supposed to take care of their problems?
