UPDATE 4/19/2021: The entire warrany department through Richmond American Homes is just a joke. Even with being assigned a new representative, Tyson Hunter, its not any better. We have warrany work that has been ignored for almost a year and ive heard not a single thing from Tyson. I figured covid made this slow but wow! at least send us updates. We also had to finish some of the warranty work ourselves. They installed a new door that came unpainted. We never heard from the painters or our rep to schedule the painters so we ... read more
Not a big Richmond fan. Overpriced for mediocre product and sub par service. I prefer smaller, more focused and local builders.
