The mgt suck
Caution! Predatory parking regulations for visitors. Suddenly the parking policy is, according to the front desk, all visitors must park in a certain place, download an application, and pay fifty cents per hour for parking. When did this change? They straight up told me "Yes you have to pay to have visitors to your apartment." A1 towing will come and tow away your vehicle for almost any reason. Parked in paid visitor parking after driving up from Richmond . My car was towed from a private parking lot for my state inspection being 3 months expired. This is something police do not bother with, but this community has hired a tow company to drive around and take residents and visitors cars . DO NOT LIVE HERE. They are more focused on making money from the parking lot then stopping thieves who rob Honda Accord rims and leave cars on cement . I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I have lived here for many years. I have never had an issue with reporting maintenance issues. They always to fix things. During the pandemic Omar and Marieglorie have been nothing but helpful with everything. They have gone above and beyond. Keep up the great work
