This was by FAR the WORST rental experience I have ever had. The apartment is constructed with extremely cheap materials. The floor in my daughter's room and the wall in the bathroom, was infested with mildew. The sticky paper material floor also bubbled up throughout the apartment. The walls are thin as paper. I have NEVER had roaches in my life, up until I moved to this poor excuse of an apartment. I consistently had a roach problem throughout my time living there.
