I lived here for two years, and I can’t complain. Diane was always on it if I had any issue. She would call the maintenance guy, and he would come right away. They are very respectful and responsible, and they get things done!
Very nice and affordable place to stay in Richmond. Ms. Diane went above and beyond to make sure my family member was satisfied with his apartment. The application process was simple and wasn't dragged out! We loved Diane experience of the neighborhood! Thanks again Diane!!!!!

If I could give this apartment half of a zero I would, this is the far worst apartment I’ve been living, the manager is so rude, when you go in the office you say hi to her she can’t even open her mouth to respond, also the apartment is so dirty , infested with roaches, the materials that they made this apartment with are so cheap specially the floors, the walls are thin you can hear the neighbors from the other side of the building.
