Once upon this place sucked. But since switching management, Marti and Zaira have done an excellent job to turn the place around. I would recommend living here nowadays to friends when I once wouldn’t. Management makes a huge difference!
Zaira at the front desk has been nothing but helpful and sincere since she got to Meadow Brook 😊 my family has been overall happy since moving here in 2020 and looking to renew our lease again soon
Make sure you do not fall for the initial smiley faces, beneath them is total dissatisfaction.
When we were given our apartment at Meadowbrook, we found about ten live roaches and around ten dead ones inside. On top of that, the outside of the buildings and common areas were very dirty and poorly maintained. Thankfully, we were able to back out, but I just want to give others a heads up before moving in.
