My leasing agent Alex told me that I wouldn’t have to pay anything to park my small boat there. And then some lady comes up a couple months later and says that I need to pay $100 a month or they’re going to tow my boat. nowhere in my lease agreement is there a disclosed amount of money to park my boat there so either my leasing agent is lying to me or this lady is trying to nickel and dime me. either way it’s super fishy and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The management needs to take accountability of their lying employees.
They told me I’d get a refund but only part of it came back, and it took over a month. Just be careful if you’re expecting money back.
Once upon this place sucked. But since switching management, Marti and Zaira have done an excellent job to turn the place around. I would recommend living here nowadays to friends when I once wouldn’t. Management makes a huge difference!
Zaira at the front desk has been nothing but helpful and sincere since she got to Meadow Brook 😊 my family has been overall happy since moving here in 2020 and looking to renew our lease again soon
