My purrbaby Selah had to have her left eye removed due to melanoma on her lower eyelid which had spread beyond the tumor. The staff at Meadow Branch were so compassionate and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and took time to answer questions and reassure me throughout both surgeries. First the tumor removal and then the eye when the tumor showed malignant. Nice clean facility with very decent staff
My vet was rude and dismissive, turns out she didn't even work there. I left with the impression I was too low class for their establishment and she wanted to give unnecessary tests and treatments just to take my money. Never going back.
Brought my cat here today and Dr Kim was so nice and caring. I felt my baby was well taken care of and Dr Kim was very thorough and patient with my questions and concerns. Will be sticking to this practice to see Dr Kim from now on.
