My vet was rude and dismissive, turns out she didn't even work there. I left with the impression I was too low class for their establishment and she wanted to give unnecessary tests and treatments just to take my money. Never going back.
Brought my cat here today and Dr Kim was so nice and caring. I felt my baby was well taken care of and Dr Kim was very thorough and patient with my questions and concerns. Will be sticking to this practice to see Dr Kim from now on.

Saved our puppy’s life with professionalism and compassion. We came here for a second opinion after we poured thousands of dollars into our acutely ill puppy after being told to wait and see and take more radiographs. Dr. Marcelo took us in, showed me both the radiographs and the ultrasound; fully explaining what he was seeing. We were never shown these from the emergency vet nor our primary veterinarian. Dr. Marcelo was very uncaring during our visit to check out our cat that had just spent multiple days in the emergency vet. He was quick and we feel he did not look at the case fully before giving us more (and increased doses of) prescriptions. He was so in a hurry to leave, he looked annoyed when we had questions about our cat. Our cat ended up dying because the doses he gave were too high and fluid ended up in his lungs.
