Scheduled 11/16/16 for an MRI to be done 11/19 Dr. Meadors office sought insurance approval 11/18 PM and never informed me they forgot to get approval. This after two weeks of constant pain and missed work. It's like they have no compassion for their patients. They just don't care as long as yo pay the fee.
After 2 months of repeated requests for a signature from dr meadors for a medical document, he finally replied that he wouldn't be able to fulfill our request. During that time we were given no acknowledgement by his staff or him as to the status of our request. This is the definition of bad care and we would not recommend this doctor to anyone who values doctors who are concerned about their patients.
