I few weeks ago the owner Charlie was doing a job at a nursing home and hit a rock that flew to the window of my car and shattered the window. Luckily it did not hit may toddler, but she was in totally shock. When I spoke with him, he confirmed that his son saw it. But he refused to give me his insurance card, and insist that I should call my insurance and "your insurance will probably cover for it."
