The person who helped me at the desk was extremely condescending, rude, and very impersonable. I had a simple ruched cocktail dress that needed to be cleaned and pressed. They smoothed out the ruched pleats! It looks like I washed in the washer and air dried it! I do my best to support locals. I won't be coming here ever again with my business. The person who answered the phone was rude and rise their voice at me. I asked an Average of how much would cost to bring a few pieces of clothing. Why there’s a phone number and you can’t make questions?
I just picked up my suit, pants, and shirt and am thoroughly impressed at the quality of the job and the reasonable rates. I was disheartened when I came home one morning to a soggy suit. I had forgotten my suit at a hotel. They mailed it back in a cardboard box, which was left outside. Rain in October, who would have thought?
