it's very sad when you are there to get parts for a new tractor that you got from this company and you are at the parts counter for about fifteen to twenty minutes ! buts that ok! because they where helping someone. (but it's not ok .to help someone that...walks in after you and and leaves you at the counter. very very sad !!!!!!!

Friendly staff
Bennie has been more than helpful on getting our zero turn back out mowing! Was sent in for service and came back with a minor issue that he was able to get his guys to fix very quickly! He was also able to help us get a new seat since ours was starting to tear! Thank you to everyone in the service dept for all your help!! Meade customer for life!
