Great place honest people very helpful
I purchased my S240 J D mower at Meade, I recently had an issue with the weld breaking loose on the deck hanger, so I took it in to let them repair it. The service department informed me they would not weld it and basically I needed to buy a new deck or take it elsewhere. When I went back to pick it up, I was shocked to learn I would be charged $113 for diagnosis. They absolutely did nothing to help me? Talking about taking advantage of a senior citizen.
