Bought an X380 back in May and paid a little under $6,000 and it has 9.5hrs on it now. Battery is not charging so I dropped it off a week ago to be checked and was told it would be about a week. Checked on it today and now I'm told there turn around time is 3 to 4 weeks. Needless to say I am not happy at all with customer warranty service.
